2-Component Primer U12G | TSP

EUROLASTIC Primer U12G is a 2-component, building authority-approved epoxy resin primer designed as an adhesion primer for polysulphide sealants of the EUROLASTIC TC and TK series on absorbent substrates. With a low viscosity of approximately 25 mPas, sprayable consistency, strong adhesion, and good penetrating behaviour, it is applied generously by brush or sprayer with an open time of 30 to 240 minutes and a mixing ratio of 100:66. The primer holds DIBt building authority approvals (Z-74.5-126, Z-74.6-127, Z-74.6-128, Z-74.6-132, Z-74.6-133) and complies with DIN EN 14188-2/4 and TL Fug StB 15 standards, with a GISCODE RE70 classification. Supplied in 0.5L, 1L, and 4L containers with a 12-month shelf life under cool, dry storage, it processes at object and ambient temperatures between +5°C and +40°C, making it essential for preparing joint surfaces in industrial flooring, airfield, and road joint sealing applications.
