2-component injection mortar for Anchoring and Bonding | TSP

EURODUR Force Fit is a thixotropic, solvent-free, styrene-free injection mortar based on vinyl ester resin, engineered for high-load anchoring and reinforcement bonding in construction. Holding dual ETA approvals (ETA-19/0356 for retrofitting and reinforcement connections, ETA-19/0357 as bonded anchor for heavy-duty fixing), it supports threaded rods from M8 to M30 and reinforcing bars from Ø8mm to Ø32mm in non-cracked concrete, with qualification for cracked concrete (M10-M20) and seismic categories C1 and C2. The mortar offers fire resistance up to R240, full water resistance, fast curing, and variable anchoring depth up to 20 times the nominal diameter, with standard, winter (-20°C to +20°C), and tropical (+20°C to +50°C) variants enabling installation across diverse climate conditions. Suitable for solid and hollow masonry, wood, and post-installed reinforcement connections, it offers temperature resistance from -40°C to +120°C and a 16-month shelf life when stored between 5°C and 30°C.
