2-Component Epoxy Resin Mortar for Concrete Repair

EUROREPAIR PC 96 WHG is a heavy-duty, building authority-approved (DIBt Z-74.12-94) 2-component epoxy resin mortar developed for demanding concrete repair in LAU (water-polluting liquid storage) systems. It delivers very high compressive strength of 96 N/mm², a modulus of elasticity tailored to concrete, fast and controlled curing for short closure times, and excellent modelling and smoothing properties, making it ideal for reprofiling joint edges, repairing broken corners, and restoring damaged concrete, reinforced concrete, and precast elements under high mechanical or chemical loads. Used alongside EUROREPAIR HG 96 WHG adhesive primer, the system offers liquid-tight, highly chemical-resistant protection against diluted acids and alkalis, along with high UV and weather resistance. It is ready-made, solvent-free, and pigmented to match concrete colour, suited for LAU facilities, petrol stations, military and civil airfields, motorways, refineries, tank farms, and chemical plants.
