Relio™ Embedded IO Servers

Sealevel’s Relio embedded I/O servers combine PLC reliability with industrial computer configurability across three fanless, solid-state form factors: R1000, R2000, and R3000. Available with 500MHz AMD Geode LX800 to 1.4GHz Intel Pentium M processors, these systems support up to 1GB RAM, 1-4 Ethernet ports, up to 16 serial ports, and external expansion via up to 247 SeaI/O modules through RS-485 Modbus RTU for optically isolated inputs, relay outputs, and TTL interfaces. Built for industrial environments, Relio systems operate from 0°C to 50°C (extended ranges available), run Windows XP Embedded or Linux from CompactFlash for true solid-state operation, and offer rugged metal enclosures with high shock and vibration tolerance — ideal for distributed control systems and flat-panel touchscreen integration via SeaPAC.
