The Infrared Thermometer operates on non-contact infrared technology, measuring body temperature from the forehead within a distance range of 3 to 5 centimeters. The device features a dual-alarm system with green and red LED indicators that activate based on temperature thresholds: green signals readings below 37.5°C, while red indicates fever conditions above this mark. The unit measures ambient and surface temperatures from 0°C to 100°C, expanding its functionality beyond medical applications. Its digital LCD screen displays results in Celsius or Fahrenheit within one second of scanning.
The thermometer stores up to 30 previous readings in its internal memory, allowing users to track temperature patterns over time.
