EOD Suit with Helmet and Visor
The EOD Suit with Helmet and Visor utilizes meta-aramid rip-stop woven fabric with high tear and abrasion resistance, accommodating operators 170-190 cm tall weighing 65-100 kg. The complete system includes protective helmet with ballistic visor, jacket, pants with integrated boot covers, groin panel, gloves, composite chest and groin plates, adjustable spine protection, power supply with control panel, flame-retardant balaclava, and transport bags. The helmet weighs 5600±400 grams with multi-position opening visor meeting NIJ0117.00 standards featuring scratch and fog-resistant coatings.
Integrated systems include adjustable ultra-high-speed ventilation with turbo mode, UV and white LED illumination, 140-degree 1080P camera with SD recording and WiFi transmission, and telecom with push-to-talk reducing ambient noise from 95dB to 35dB. Magnetic chin buckle enables quick release. Ballistic performance achieves V50 values of 640 m/s for helmet against 17-grain FSP, 780 m/s for visor, 1100 m/s for jacket plate areas against 44-grain FSP, and 750 m/s against 207-grain FSP. The helmet reduces overpressure by 78% and acceleration by 85% from 10kg C4 detonation at 3 meters. Jacket front reduces overpressure by 85% minimum. Panic zippers enable emergency removal. Optional UHMWPE fiber underwear provides fragment protection.
