PREMIUM TACTICAL GEAR – SERVING CIVIL & DEFENSE SECTORS
Purpose: Passively detects radio/video/control links used by FPV drones so you can discover nearby drone activity without transmitting or interfering.
How it works: Scans the RF spectrum for known FPV/control frequencies and modulation signatures (analog/digital video, RC links) and flags suspicious transmissions.
Localization: Many units include direction‑finding (DF) or antenna arrays to estimate bearing (and, with multiple sensors, triangulate approximate position).
Data output: Reports frequency, signal strength, bandwidth, modulation type, and timestamps — useful for correlation with radar/EO systems and forensic logs.
Integration & alerts: Often ties into C‑UAS suites (radar + EO + command console) to cue cameras, generate automated alerts, and support operator decision workflows.
Limitations & best practice: Cannot “see” the drone — only its RF emissions; stealthy or GNSS‑only drones may evade detection. Best practice is a multi‑sensor approach (RF + radar + EO) and clear procedures for verification and lawful response.
