Command & Control: Centralized C2 console for real‑time situational awareness, operator coordination, and automated alerts.

Mitigation Playbook: Predefined, lawful response options — notify, geofence, deploy capture teams/interceptors, or escalate to authorized kinetic action.

Communications & Coordination: Secure comms with law enforcement, aviation authorities, and internal security; clear SOPs for escalation and public safety.

Training, Logging & Compliance: Regular drills, full event logging, after‑action review, and strict adherence to legal/regulatory frameworks.
