EUROREPAIR PC 96 is a solvent-free, 2-component epoxy resin mortar engineered for high-strength, wear-resistant concrete repair. With a compressive strength of approximately 96 N/mm², bending tensile strength of approximately 32 N/mm², and an E-modulus of 28,000 N/mm², this mortar delivers excellent mechanical resilience for heavy-traffic and industrial surfaces. It offers strong adhesion to mineral substrates, resistance to ageing, oils, diluted acids, alkalis, and salt solutions, with curing shrinkage of less than 0.1%. Available in slow, normal, fast, and super-fast curing speeds, it suits applications such as repairing joint edges, corner break-offs, and reprofiling on motorways, industrial hall floors, aircraft movement areas, and agricultural facilities like silos and stables.
