Polyurethane Binding Materials Stone Carpet for Construction | TSP

EUROPUR stone carpet binders are transparent, solvent-free, 2-component aliphatic polyurethane resins designed for binding quartz and marble gravel into decorative stone carpet floor coverings. EUROPUR 0820 offers a viscosity of 2500–3500 mPas, full resilience after 7 days, weather, UV, and ageing resistance, and very good mechanical and chemical properties, suited for indoor and outdoor applications with a mixing ratio of A:B = 1:1.08. EUROPUR 0825 is a higher-grade formulation with lower viscosity (1500–2500 mPas) and very good weather and UV resistance, optimised especially for exterior stone carpet coverings, using a 1:1 mixing ratio. Both binders cure within approximately 24 hours, have a 12-month shelf life when stored cool and dry, and process at temperatures between +10°C and +30°C depending on the variant.
