EUROX EDS Joint Profile is a liquid-tight, mechanically and chemically resistant joint system combining stainless steel lamellae with a double elastic polysulphide seal factory-installed in the lower and upper joint areas, providing two-dimensional motion absorption and vibration-free drive-over access. The EUROX EDS WHG variant holds DIBt building authority approval Z-74.8-165 for use in LAU (water-polluting liquid storage) systems, offering high mechanical load capacity, chemical resistance, and slip-free passage for pneumatic, solid rubber, and polyamide-tyred vehicles, suited to car parks, ramps, production areas, and hygiene-sensitive industrial floors. The standard EUROX EDS version adds sponge rubber to the lamellar structure and, using quick-installation products, can be driven over after just one day, making it ideal for both new construction and renovation of structural and connection joints in food industry, car park, and pedestrian/rolling bridge applications. Available in black or grey, with prefabricated L, T, X cross-point and longitudinal sections (348.4mm to 2913mm), it withstands a permissible total deformation of 25% and indefinite storage up to 35°C.
