High-Performance Polysulphide Joint Sealants

EUROLASTIC TC series joint sealants are 2-component, polysulphide-based systems engineered for runways, aprons, parking areas, and traffic routes exposed to kerosene, de-icing agents, hydraulic oils, and extreme temperature swings from -50°C to +120°C. EUROLASTIC TC 30 G offers over 40% polysulphide content, cold vulcanisation for seamless repairs, and DIBt approvals (Z-74.6-133, Z-74.6-128), while TC 30 G traffic provides very fast curing within 60-120 minutes for minimal airfield downtime. EUROLASTIC TC 30 S is a stable, non-sag formulation suited for vertical and sloping surfaces and also serves as a high-performance adhesive for polysulphide joint tapes, with DIBt approvals Z-74.6-127 and Z-74.6-132. EUROLASTIC TC 20 G delivers economical, pourable sealing for airport and traffic joints, and EUROLASTIC TC 15 G Cablefix is a self-levelling, high-visibility (signal-colour) compound specifically designed for embedding sensor cables, power lines, and conduits in concrete at airports. All variants offer over 10 years of UV, weathering, and ageing resistance, cold elasticity, and chemical resistance to aviation fuels and oils, with compatible EUROLASTIC primers (U12G, S2) for absorbent and non-absorbent substrates.
