High-Performance Anchor Adhesive for Extreme Loads | TSP

EURODUR Force Fit is a thixotropic, solvent-free, 2-component anchor adhesive based on vinyl ester resin, engineered for maximum load anchoring in concrete and masonry under extreme conditions. It holds European Technical Approval (ETA) for use in cracked and non-cracked concrete and for retrofitted reinforcement connections under seismic loads, supporting threaded rods from M8 to M30, reinforcing bars from Ø8mm to Ø32mm, and qualifying for seismic categories C1 and C2. The adhesive offers fire resistance up to R240, full water resistance with reliable curing even underwater, fast curing for short construction closure times, and variable anchoring depth up to 20 times the nominal diameter, making it suitable for dry, wet, and flooded drill holes in solid or hollow masonry and wood. Specialised variants include the Winter Edition for installation down to -20°C and the Tropical Edition for installation up to +50°C, enabling use across diverse climates.
