2-Component Polysulphide Sealant Grey | TSP

EUROLASTIC TC 30 G grey is a pourable, highly chemical-resistant, 2-component polysulphide joint sealant approved by building authorities (DIBt Z-74.6-128) for increased installation depths up to 1.6 times the joint width. With a polymer content over 40%, cold elasticity down to -40°C, and temperature resistance from -40°C to +120°C, it offers a Shore A hardness of approximately 20, resilience over 90%, and permissible total deformation of 25%, making it ideal for LAU facilities, petrol stations, flight operation areas, traffic routes, production areas, and storage facilities. The sealant resists fuels, oils, aircraft fuel, and de-icing fluids, cures within 24-48 hours, and requires substrate priming with EUROLASTIC Primer U12G (absorbent substrates), Primer S2 (non-absorbent substrates), or Primer ZM (bright steel and galvanised surfaces). Compliant with TL-Fug StB 01/ZTV-Fug StB 15 and DIN EN 14188-2 standards, it is supplied in 4L, 10L, 20L, and 200L containers with a 12-month shelf life when stored cool and dry.
