NightRide Trailblazer 640 Thermal Camera

The NightRide Trailblazer 640 Thermal Camera incorporates a 640 x 512 uncooled micro-bolometer sensor and is available in three connectivity configurations: Ethernet, USB, and Analog. The Ethernet variant features a 13mm lens with a 28-degree horizontal field of view and 25hz frame rate, powered by 12-16 VDC through a cigarette plug adapter. Both USB and Analog variants utilize a 9mm lens offering a wider 48-degree field of view with 30hz performance, powered by 5 VDC through USB connections. All configurations measure 7.25 inches by 6.375 inches by 6.75 inches and weigh 6 ounces.

Each model achieves 660-yard detection range regardless of connectivity option. The IP69-sealed housing withstands temperatures from -40°F to +140°F with 4-watt power consumption. The Ethernet version includes a passive PoE cable, PoE injector adapter, cigarette plug to barrel cable, alligator to 6-pin cable, ethernet cable, USB-C and Lightning adapters, and four velcro ties. USB and Analog variants come with their respective cables and mounting hardware. All configurations support event-based or continuous recording modes and include a standard hood mount with installation tools.

Emergency medical services mount the NightRide Trailblazer 640 Thermal Camera on ambulances to detect accident victims in hazardous weather conditions during night operations. Military reconnaissance units deploy these cameras on armoured vehicles for forward observation and threat assessment in dust storms. Fire departments install the system on apparatus to identify heat sources through dense smoke during wildland firefighting operations.

Tactical Supply Pakistan supplies all three connectivity options with complete mounting hardware and technical specifications documentation. The company provides expert guidance on selecting the appropriate configuration based on vehicle electrical systems and display requirements.

What determines which connectivity option I should choose for my vehicle?
The Ethernet option suits vehicles with existing network infrastructure and 12V power systems, USB connects directly to laptops or tablets for mobile computing setups, and Analog integrates with legacy monitor systems using RCA connections and USB power sources.
