CombiCarrier II
The CombiCarrier II combines two lifesaving tools into one rugged device. When unfolded, it measures 73.5″ × 16.5″ × 2.19″ (186.7 × 41.9 × 5.6 cm) and weighs just 15.6 lb (7.1 kg). It supports up to 450 lb (205 kg) and features a seamless high-density polyethylene shell with urethane foam core, providing strength while remaining buoyant, ideal for water rescues. Aluminum and stainless-steel offset latch systems ensure rapid separation and secure closure without loose parts.
This Scoop Stretcher & Extrication Board has a concave patient surface that limits lateral movement, offering superior spinal stabilization compared to flat boards. The split-litter design allows it to scoop under patients without logrolling, minimizing spinal motion during transfer. X-ray compatibility lets radiographic imaging take place without board removal. It includes four two-piece speed-clip straps, reinforcing restraint and safety throughout transport.
