2-Component Epoxy Resin Primer HG 96

EUROREPAIR HG 96 is a 100% solvent-free, 2-component epoxy resin primer engineered as a bonding bridge for the EUROREPAIR PC 96 mortar system, improving adhesion between concrete and subsequent layers of synthetic resin mortars or repair compounds. Achieving a tear strength of at least 1.5 N/mm², the force-fit bond between substrate and PC mortar exceeds the tensile strength of concrete itself, while the primer remains mechanically resilient and resistant to oils, diluted acids, alkalis, and salt solutions. Applied generously by brush in a wet-on-wet method with subsequent mortar coats, it has a density of 1.33 kg/l at 20°C and consumption of approximately 1,000 g/m². Available in four hardener speeds (slow, normal, fast, and super-fast) matched to the EUROREPAIR PC 96 mortar system, processing temperatures range from +3°C to +40°C depending on the hardener variant, with working times from 7.5 minutes to 1 hour.
