Stackable Data Acquisition and Telemetry Suite

The Stackable Data Acquisition and Telemetry Suite is a modular collection of compact DAQ and telemetry units. Each unit fits a uniform 7.5 × 6.0 × 1.3 cm stackable form factor. Available modules include 16-channel ICP/IEPE and differential ADC with internal gain, 16-channel PT100/TC temperature or heat-flux sensors, and various digital interfaces like Ethernet, RS‑485, TTL, and RS‑232. Each module consumes low power—typically between 1.4 and 1.7 W—running on 12–35 V. Furthermore, these modules work either as standalone units or in a stacked configuration to scale up acquisition capabilities.

In addition, each stack supports IRIG‑106 compatible recording, 32 GB of onboard memory, adjustable bandwidth filters, and optional AES‑256 encryption. The units interconnect via a proprietary high-speed data bus, which ensures low latency and error-resilient communications. Telemetry variants provide 2 W, 5 W, or 10 W output with FM/PCM/CPM modulation. They also comply with MIL‑STD‑704F power standards and support data rates up to 16 Mbps. As a result, they are especially well-suited for aerospace telemetry applications.
